1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "You," or "Your") and AI Advantage Club ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), with registered office at Unit 1603, 16th Floor, The L. Plaza, 367-375 Queen's Road Central, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong.

By accessing and using the website www.aiadvantageclub.com (the "Website") and our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Website or Services.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the Website. Prohibited behavior includes:

• Harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person
• Obscene or offensive content in any form
• Disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Website
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Transmitting obscene or offensive content

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of AI Advantage Club or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written permission.

4. Affiliate Program Terms

If you participate in our AI Advantage Club affiliate program, you agree to the following additional terms:

• You will promote the program truthfully and not make false claims
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Commission payments are subject to verification and approval
• We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate status at any time for violation of these terms
• You are solely responsible for any taxes related to affiliate earnings
• Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on individual effort and market conditions
• Fees are not refundable for change of mind, subject to your statutory rights under Hong Kong consumer protection law. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
• Affiliate Recruitment Commissions 10% Cap: Affiliate partners may not earn commissions primarily through the recruitment of other affiliates. Commissions derived from introducing new affiliate partners into the program must not exceed 10% of the affiliate's total annual revenue earned through the AI Advantage Club program. The remaining 90% or more of an affiliate's revenue must be generated from the sale of AI services to end clients (small business owners), not from affiliate recruitment. Any affiliate found to be in breach of this rule may have their account suspended and commissions withheld.

5. Payment & Refund Policy

By purchasing any AI Advantage Club package or service, you acknowledge and agree to the following payment and refund terms, which operate alongside, and do not limit, your statutory rights under Hong Kong consumer protection law:

• No refunds for change of mind. Payments and subscriptions are not refundable simply because you change your mind, do not use the service, or are generally dissatisfied. Please review our Refund Policy in full before purchasing.
• Your statutory rights are preserved. If a product or service is faulty, not as described, not of acceptable quality, or not provided with reasonable care and skill, you remain entitled to a remedy as required by Hong Kong law, including a repair, replacement, re-performance, or refund where appropriate.
• You retain the right to dispute a charge with your bank or card provider where you are legally entitled to do so. We ask that you contact us first so we can resolve any issue directly.
• Bonus Delivery Payment Plan Partners: For affiliate partners who join via a payment plan, bonuses are released in stages as follows:
  • The MacBook Air will be dispatched after the 3rd instalment has been successfully received (approximately 3 months from the start date).
  • The 5-day networking event and 5 nights of luxury accommodation will be confirmed and booked after the 6th instalment has been successfully received (approximately 6 months from the start date).
  • Partners who pay in full upfront receive a 30% discount on the package price and are entitled to all bonuses immediately upon onboarding, subject to event availability.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Website and all content, materials, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI Advantage Club makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Website or the information, content, or materials included on the Website. You expressly agree that your use of the Website is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permissible by law, AI Advantage Club disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in this section excludes or limits any implied term, condition, or warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded under Hong Kong law, including under the Sale of Goods Ordinance (Cap. 26), the Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance (Cap. 457), and the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71).

7. Limitation of Liability

AI Advantage Club shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Website or the content, materials, or services included on the Website, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, even if AI Advantage Club has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so under Hong Kong law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance (Cap. 71). Any exclusion or limitation in these Terms applies only so far as it is reasonable and permitted by law.

8. Earnings Disclaimer

Results from using the AI Advantage Club system vary. We do not guarantee specific earnings. Income statements and testimonials are not promises of future earnings. Your success depends on effort, market conditions, and implementation of the system. Past results do not guarantee future results.

9. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites. AI Advantage Club is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external sites. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their terms and conditions.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Advantage Club, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, damage, loss, or expense arising out of your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.

11. Affiliate Relationships

AI Advantage Club is affiliated with Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi as affiliate partners so we will earn a commission from any product we sell at no extra costs to you. Any mention of partnerships or associations is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an endorsement.

12. Modifications to Terms

AI Advantage Club reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Advantage Club regarding the use of the Website and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, whether written or oral, relating to such use.
