    We offer a full 90-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 90 days of your initial purchase date. No questions asked.

    Monthly Subscriptions

    • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis.
    • After the 90-day money-back period, monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.

    Annual Subscriptions

    • Annual subscription fees are billed upfront for a full 12-month period.
    • Annual subscriptions must be paid by a debit or credit card deposit of GBP or USD 2,000, with the balance paid by bank/wire transfer with zero charges.
    • A full refund is available within 90 days of the initial purchase or annual renewal date.
    • After 90 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you may cancel at any time to prevent automatic renewal at the end of the subscription term.

    Accidental Renewals

    If your subscription renews automatically and you did not intend to continue, please contact us within 7 days of the renewal charge. We will review these requests on a case-by-case basis and, where reasonable, issue a full refund.

    Non-Refundable Items

    In the event of significant service downtime or technical failures attributable to Alba Global Limited, affected customers may be eligible for account credits in lieu of a cash refund. Credits will be applied to the next billing cycle.
